Andreas is in charge of all legal matters of CAERO’s various activities and is driving the structuring and negotiations of CAERO’s corporate and investment undertakings. He concentrates not only on legal intricacies, but endeavours to reach economically feasible solutions.

Andreas is a senior partner with ARQIS, a transaction focused law firm with offices in Dusseldorf, Munich and Tokyo. He is specialised in M&A and corporate law, especially in the cross border context. He has worked on numerous transactions, including large-scale renewable projects i.a. in Germany, Italy, Poland. After law studies in Munich and Chicago and various internships with US law firms, he started to work for a major German firm in Munich and Dusseldorf, before starting and heading their Tokyo office. After practicing for 16 years, he founded together with a group of experienced lawyers ARQIS.

Andreas serves on advisory boards of two German family offices, is an actively involved supervisory board member of a worldwide active rail infrastructure group and overseas in particular its international expansion and is on the advisory board of a German engineering group. His hands-on transaction experience spans over a wide variety of industries and countries, from small to large transaction sizes.
